At Stella & Dot, we want you to love your new accessories; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry or accessories in their original boxes and pack them into a shipping mailer along with the packing slip.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
